ProCaps Laboratories in Henderson, NV is seeking a SANITOR to clean and sanitize processing and packaging equipment following SSOPs. The role emphasizes accurate documentation of sanitation control points and active participation in ongoing sanitation improvements.

You should have 2 years of sanitation/cleaning experience in a food manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and solid computer skills. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean lines and processing equipment as directed by SSOPs.
• Perform CIP and COP procedures per SSOPs.
• Disassemble equipment and change parts as required.
• Clean and store utensils in proper locations.
• Know cleaning chemicals and their proper usage.
• Recordkeeping to document work completed.
• Respond to sanitation requirements promptly.
• Collaborate with QA and Safety when introducing new chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
