Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a sanitation-focused professional to maintain food surfaces and processing equipment in a sanitary condition. You will follow safety procedures and SOPs, ensuring proper chemical handling and documentation while supporting a clean and compliant work environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 12 months of prior experience, with the ability to stand for long periods and work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and around hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitation of food surfaces and processing equipment.
• Transports chemicals safely between rooms with a hand cart.
• Performs regular cleaning duties in the work area.
• Verifies foaming and sanitizing solution in central tank as required.
• Complies with OSHA forklift truck certification requirements.
