Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Housekeeper for our MI Wayland facility. This full-time, first-shift role runs Thursday through Monday, 8am to 4pm, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. The hourly base wage is 24.24.

You will clean equipment, walls, floors and pipes, sanitize and disassemble/assemble equipment, and perform general housekeeping in a production sanitation setting. Ideal candidates will follow instructions, operate a sit-down forklift, and be able to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Follows posted procedures and process documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with sit-down forklift is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, walls, floors and pipes by hand or with scrubbers and high-pressure cleaners.
• Sanitize, disassemble and reassemble equipment; perform general housekeeping.
• Operate floor scrubbers and high-pressure cleaning equipment safely.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, LOTO and food-safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
