Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Wayland, MI facility. The role supports the Production team by troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all plant equipment, with responsibilities spanning pipe fitting, machine repair, welding, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.

A forklift license and GMP/HACCP/LOTO compliance are required. The position is full-time on 2nd shift (4pm–12am) with weekend work; shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining plant equipment and following instruction documents.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, LOTO and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant equipment in Wayland facility.
• Demonstrate/execute pipe fitting, mechanical and electrical tasks as needed.
• Read blueprints/schematics and operate basic machine shop tools.
• Maintain valid forklift operator license and ensure safety compliance.
