Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Technician to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our food manufacturing facility.

You will execute sanitation procedures, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards to safeguard product safety and quality. You will document sanitation activities, support regulatory inspections, and collaborate with production and QA teams to optimize processes while adhering to company core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute sanitation procedures according to company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for sanitation issues and report deficiencies.
• Maintain sanitation records and assist in regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate sanitation activities with production schedules and QA teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in sanitation procedures.
• Work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
