Job summary

Campbell's is hiring for a full-time sanitation role in Austin, TX. You will clean manufacturing and storage areas, disassemble/reassemble equipment for cleaning, and ensure safety and sanitary standards are met. Training on GMPs and USDA guidelines is provided, with opportunities to contribute to a well‑run production environment.

The starting rate is $19.50 per hour plus a $2 shift differential. Benefits include health, dental, 401k, and wellness programs; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading/writing).
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Collaborative team member with minimal supervision.
• Understand and apply chemical usage/cleaning procedures.
• Probation/evaluation within first 120 hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize manufacturing and storage areas.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for cleaning.
• Operate power washers safely and efficiently.
• Dispose waste into designated bins and minimize cross-contamination.
• Follow GMPs, USDA guidelines and safety rules at all times.
• Report malfunctions or hazards to supervisor and maintain cleanliness.
