Job summary

Campbell's is hiring for an on-site Production Associate in Austin, TX. You will position components for safe, efficient production, follow GMPs and USDA guidelines, and report deviations to supervision.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work overtime on different lines or positions. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, proper utensil handling, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate.
• Stand, reach, and bend; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel throughout area.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Evaluation of performance within first 120 hours.

Responsibilities

• Produce desired product as Production Line demands.
• Ensure that product conforms to recipe specification and placement.
• Ensure scoops, cups and other utensils are properly handled and returned after use.
• Understand and follow lock out tag out procedures and GMPs.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to USDA guidelines.
