Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Health and Food Safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize walls, tables, bins, trays, and tubs in production rooms.
• Disassemble and sanitize production machinery.
• Remove debris from tables using power wash equipment.
• Apply food-grade antimicrobial chemicals to equipment.
• Remove clogs from pipes using plumbing tools.
• Operate power washers for cleaning surfaces.
• Dispose of garbage according to recycling guidelines.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP guidelines.
