Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a sanitation technician to maintain clean and compliant production areas. The role includes cleaning conveyors, equipment, drains, and general plant sanitation to meet regulatory and company standards.

The technician will operate foamers and pressure washers, follow written procedures, and proactively address cleaning challenges in a fast-paced, cold environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in food processing or cold environment.
• 6-day work schedule with days off as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the plant equipment, belts, barrels, and drains.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as foamers and pressure washers; sweep floors and remove garbage.
• Follow all sanitation procedures and maintain a proactive approach to cleaning and sanitizing.
