Fortrex is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons, ensuring safe, efficient operations compliant with regulations and company policies. You will allocate tasks, monitor performance, and promote continuous improvement in sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills required.
• General working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract; handle numeric information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sanitation staff and leads in designated areas.
• Provide direction and assign work to sanitation team.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate staff for promotions or changes in status.
• Monitor adherence to Team Handbook, Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
• Assist Site Management with training programs including safety and ERP.
