Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years in sanitation or a related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with sanitation regulations, chemical handling, and safety standards.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation operations: coordinate all sanitation activities to meet GMPs and HACCP standards.
• Team leadership: train, supervise sanitation staff and assign daily tasks.
• Sanitation procedures: develop and implement cleaning protocols for equipment and facilities.
• Compliance monitoring: conduct inspections to ensure regulatory adherence and keep records.
• Problem solving: identify and resolve sanitation issues and communicate with management.
