Job summary

Ecowize North America is seeking a Sanitation Site Supervisor to lead daily sanitation operations at a client facility, coordinating multi‑shift coverage and ensuring readiness, safety protocols, and food safety standards. You will coach frontline staff, oversee sanitation processes, and serve as the point of contact with client management and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sanitation leadership in food processing (USDA/FDA environment).
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, LOTO, PPE, and chemical handling.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop hourly teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation teams to ensure proper staffing, safe practices and cleaning.
• Ensure shift readiness, verify LOTO procedures, and equipment access.
• Drive safety and food safety by enforcing PPE, GMPs, SSOPs, and USDA/FDA compliance.
• Inspect and approve work; accompany inspectors and client leadership.
• Manage sanitation logs, deficiency reports, training records, and time/attendance.
• Adapt staffing to cover short crews and drive continuous improvement.
