Our Home in the United States is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead cleaning and sanitation programs in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will partner with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure food safety, GMP compliance, and audit readiness.

You will develop the sanitation team, monitor programs, train staff, manage records, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety standards and plant performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of food manufacturing sanitation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, and SQF environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sanitation team and provide training.
• Ensure FDA/USDA and GMP compliance.
• Oversee cleaning of equipment, production lines, and facilities.
• Analyze sanitation performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Maintain sanitation records and documentation.
