Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred but not required.
• Able to perform basic math and use common software tools.
• Pass pre-employment exams including interview and physical assessments.
• Experience with GMP and sanitation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic housekeeping to clean plant and equipment surfaces.
• Complete pre-operations checks on product contact surfaces.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Be able to work in a team or independently and communicate effectively.
• Follow all required safety practices and wear PPE as required.
• Contribute to food safety and quality in the designated area.
