Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 months of machine operator experience.
• Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and sanitize production equipment (Blenders, Cookers, Fryers, Mixers, Packing Machines).
• Inspect and monitor product quality.
• Disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing work areas and setup for inspection/start-up.
• Break down and set up equipment as needed.
• Clean equipment using high pressure hoses and chemical cleaners.
• Ensure all guards are replaced after cleaning and comply with safety regulations.
