Job summary

Del Real Foods is seeking a Safety Lead to improve environmental, health, and safety performance in our Mira Loma production facility. The role covers first aid, emergency response, and strict adherence to food safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.

You will enforce safety protocols, support audits, and help maintain compliance across production lines, equipment, and processes, while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Broad knowledge of state and federal safety guidelines
• Emergency response and first aid awareness
• Ability to interpret and enforce safety procedures in a food manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety procedures across the production floor
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly
• Ensure compliance with SQF, USDA, and FDA guidelines
• Lead emergency response activities and safety trainings
• Maintain incident records and safety metrics
• Coordinate with EHS team on hazard analysis and corrective actions
