Job summary

Red Monkey Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a shift, drive efficiencies, and ensure safe, compliant manufacturing operations. You will train and develop team members, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to meet schedules and targets.

The role emphasizes Lean and Six Sigma practices, problem solving, and continuous improvement, with a focus on building a strong team culture and delivering high-quality food products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years supervising teams.
• Experience in food production/packaging preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, leadership, and coaching for assigned shift teams.
• Develop work schedules and assign responsibilities while meeting production targets.
• Promote safety and ensure GMP and Food Safety compliance.
• Drive manufacturing efficiencies and productivity through KPI tracking and action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and RCA/BDA.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
