Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/food safety leadership in food/manufacturing.
• Experience with GFSI frameworks (BRC/SQF preferred) and audits.
• Strong budgeting, regulatory interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Oversee food safety program, quality standards, and product legality.
• Maintain facility GFSI audit readiness and compliance with cGMPs.
• Lead QA, Food Safety, and EHS teams and drive CAPAs.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; drive corrective actions.
• Manage recall and customer complaint processes; monitor KPIs.
• Develop and manage budgets; train staff on safety and quality.
