Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to maintain and repair production equipment, ensuring safe and reliable plant operations.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and assist in root-cause analysis while collaborating with engineers and operators on improvement initiatives.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance effectively.
