National Beef Leathers in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to service and maintain industrial equipment in a safe, on-site setting. The role involves repairing machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with other teams to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualified candidates should have mechanical aptitude, tool experience, basic computer skills, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills and understanding of basic machine functions.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work and be on time when scheduled.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong work ethic and eye for detail.
• Exemplary safety record (with previous employer).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
• Rebuilding, repairing, and/or replacing equipment/machinery/parts.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Installing equipment/machinery/parts.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems.
• Creating daily activity reports.
• Collaboration with management and other departments regarding maintenance issues throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
