Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for night shift in the US-MO area to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a safety-first environment.

You will install, diagnose, and service hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, perform preventative and predictive maintenance, read manuals and drawings, and support the team with flexible hours as needed. The company emphasizes safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1+ year of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical maintenance experience required.
• Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by following policies and safe practices at all times.
• Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Uses mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Provides emergency or unscheduled repairs when necessary.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and drawings.
• Diagnoses equipment issues and tests/repairs or replaces parts as needed.
• Notifies supervision of faulty operations or unusual situations.
• Maintains ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team and organization.
