Job summary

Penn. Food Corporation and Morski Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a food manufacturing setting.

You will work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep lines running safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical maintenance training preferred.
• 2–3 years industrial maintenance in manufacturing; food sector preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, sensors, conveyors, pumps, valves, and gearboxes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, packaging machinery, conveyors, pumps, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and support production schedules.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate with production, sanitation, quality, and management teams.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer specifications, standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support changeovers, installations, adjustments, and start-ups to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, allergen controls, and food safety requirements during maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage in the tracking system.
• Assist with inventory management of tools, parts, and supplies; perform basic facility maintenance.
