Job summary

Furmano Foods in Northumberland, PA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians, plan preventive and predictive work, and ensure safe plant operations.

This role collaborates with Operations to drive reliability improvements, mentor staff, and maintain GMP compliance. Requires an associate degree in electronics/industrial maintenance and at least five years in food manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance technicians on three shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities and ensure clear communication.
• Execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency work safely.
• Drive equipment reliability improvements and documentation.
• Partner with Operations to align maintenance with production goals.
