Sysco Northeast RDC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team overseeing ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection, and warehouse systems. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, ensure food-safety compliance, and manage contractor activities while maintaining safe and efficient facilities.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, strong electrical knowledge, and a proven track record in safety programs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four years of maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in ammonia refrigeration.
• Electrical knowledge required; refrigeration systems knowledge is essential.
• Experience with safety programs (PSM, HACCP) and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance procedures for ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Monitor maintenance logs and schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Manage outside contractors and coordinate work orders.
• Procure tools, equipment, and supplies; inspect work for conformance to specs.
