Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate an electric forklift in a fast‑paced facility. You will move and stage products, assist with inbound/outbound stock, and support production lines while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires compliance with GMPs, safety guidelines, and PPE. A minimum 2 years in a food environment and HS diploma are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of related experience in a food manufacturing/foodservice environment or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric-powered forklift to move, locate, stack, and count product and materials.
• Follow GMPs, safety guidelines, PPE usage and all safety rules.
• Assist with inbound/outbound stocking, picking, and packing per production schedule.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and report quality variances.
• Prepare products for shipment meeting routing and regulatory standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and materials supplying to production lines.
