Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Blade Technician to safely maintain and repair processing, packaging and facility equipment within a food processing environment. You will perform inspections, document activities, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality systems.

The role requires standing, lifting, and working in cold, wet conditions, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior CMMS experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, replace, inspect and modify processing, packaging and facility equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and quality systems and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Notify management of issues affecting production efficiency.
• Utilize continuous improvement mindset to identify process improvements.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain clean, safe work areas.
