Fresh Express Salads is seeking a Blade Technician to safely maintain, repair, replace, inspect and modify all processing, packaging and facility equipment. The role requires adherence to GMPs, food safety standards, and accurate documentation in SOPs.

You will work in a cold and wet environment, interacting across departments to keep production healthy and efficient. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, with

Responsabilités

• Safely maintaining, repairing, replacing, inspecting and modifying processing, packaging and facility equipment.
• Maintain communication with other departments to notify them of problems affecting production efficiency.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Adhere to food safety and quality system requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible and complete with required information.
• Document information in accordance with SOPs and seek process improvements.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Wear PPE as required and follow confined space and chemical handling safety rules.
