Job summary

North Raleigh Ministries (NRM) seeks a Program Navigator to support Food Pantry operations, engage clients and volunteers, and handle program-related administrative tasks and reporting. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Program Manager and collaborates with staff to ensure a welcoming, organized experience for individuals served by the Food Pantry and related food security programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in office administration, program support, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Español required; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Food Pantry phone operations and client intake.
• Verify client eligibility and complete intake; initiate referrals.
• Maintain client-facing materials and informational signage.
• Ensure accurate entry of Food Pantry and program data.
