Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Tosser/Folder for the 2nd shift at the Oakland, MS plant. This entry-level role focuses on inspecting products, packing, labeling, and maintaining GMP-compliant operations in a cold environment.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, operate basic packaging equipment, and support continuous line flow while adhering to safety standards and teamwork expectations. Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a food manufacturing plant is preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manually assemble and/or pack product meeting line standards.
• Lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Check packaging material for damage and notify Lead of any non-compliant products.
• Perform line sanitations/housekeeping practices and monitor packing equipment.
• Ensure correct pallet label and stacking, and proper sealing of bags and boxes.
• Understand case pack sizes and weight ranges, adjusting tape machine configurations.
• Maintain speed and flexibility to adapt to different line speeds and case standards.
• Performs all other work as assigned.
• Demonstrate consistent respectful communication with team members.
