Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential, with 1-2 years in a food manufacturing setting preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication across shifts (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

• Ability to perform quick troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Ability to follow specifications, manuals and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for simple repairs.

Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production and waste goals.
• Complete required documentation and report malfunctions to supervision.
• Interpret work orders to ensure correct materials and specs.
• Troubleshoot basic-to-moderate equipment issues without stopping production.
• Monitor gas-off time for coffee and manage packaging line changes.
• Record downtime and complete pallet tickets with item data.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine packaging line checks for quality.
• Follow quality system and safety protocols, using PPE.
