Job summary

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Machine Operator to support the case-packing line and ensure continuous production. You will set up equipment, monitor runs, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and strong communication to keep shift handovers accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Pallet Jack or Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills - verbal & written.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and communicate handovers.
• Wear PPE and perform safety checks before startup.
• Verify materials and packaging are ready and staged.
• Set up equipment according to product specs.
• Load case blanks into the case-packer and ensure quality packaging.
• Operate case-packing equipment and conveyors to meet production goals.
• Monitor packaging quality and perform quality checks on seals, weights, and product flow.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and productivity.
• Clear jams and minimize downtime safely.
• Complete changeovers, sanitation, and end-of-run cleanup.
