Job summary

HelloFresh in Town of Aurora is seeking a Machine Operator to run state-of-the-art food packaging equipment and ensure production runs safely and efficiently. This role focuses on operating all facility machinery with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

The shift is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, offering opportunities to mentor junior operators while maintaining strict SSOP standards and thorough documentation for QA and management.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging/production machinery is required.
• Strong English communication and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging and production machinery.
• Assist automated systems with food preparation and portioning.
• Identify equipment irregularities and escalate major issues to maintenance.
• Ensure machinery is cleaned and maintained per SSOP.
• Complete operational documentation and coordinate with QA/Management.
• Provide coaching and informal training to junior Operators.
