You will monitor equipment, follow packaging schedules, and assist across departments to keep production efficient. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production machines to keep the line running efficiently.
• Familiarity with FDA guidelines and company policies.
• Ability to communicate with team and management clearly.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, perform basic troubleshooting, loading, settings, and monitoring.
• Stand for entire shift; climb steps and ladders as needed.
• Monitor equipment upstream/downstream for continuous operation.
• Follow packaging schedules, quality control, sanitation, and changeovers.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist in other departments and support shift team as directed.
