Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 1st shift in Saginaw, TX. You will operate and maintain filling and packaging equipment, perform routine PMs, and ensure production meets quality standards.

You will document production figures, follow safety and food safety protocols, and assist in training teammates to uphold GMPs and company procedures. The role is onsite with variable hours.

Qualifications

• Operates and maintains filling and packaging equipment.
• Keeps daily production and quality records.
• Follows GMPs, safety policies, and FSMA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain filling/packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and adjust HMIs.
• Train production assistants and ensure quality parameters.
