Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Mixer for the 2nd shift in Saginaw, TX. The role involves blending dry, wet and refrigerated ingredients to meet product formulas and customer requirements in taste and appearance.

Responsibilities include pre-shift prep, batch-sheet adherence, data recording, and cross-functional communication with QA, spicers, and operators. The position requires a HS diploma and 1+ year in food manufacturing, with an onsite work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English to follow batch sheets and SOPs.
• Strong reading and math skills to verify ingredient quantities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Forklift licensed/certified with safe operation training.

Responsibilities

• Mix and sanitize surfaces and equipment per batch sheets.
• Record batch data and deviations; maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures and process parameters; provide samples for QC.
• Process daily orders and paperwork; coordinate with teams on completion.
