Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Burlington, WI is seeking a Food Packager to join our manufacturing team. This on-site role supports packing operations on the 2nd shift with pay of $17.00 per hour.

You will inspect items for defects, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety guidelines. Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred, and good attendance is essential.

Qualifications

Pay

Duties

• Pack items into designated packaging in preparation of shipment to customer
• Ensure accuracy and quality control by inspecting items for any defects or damages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area maintaining all safety guidelines

Experience

• Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing extended periods up to 10 hours
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and attention to detail.

Good communication skills needed. Must have a proven record of good attendance.
