Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking entry level Packagers in Manitowoc, WI. This family owned company offers opportunity to train motivated candidates with no prior manufacturing experience.

The role involves operating and monitoring packaging lines, keeping materials stocked, and ensuring proper labeling and cleanliness on the floor. Work hours are 6am–4pm or Noon–10pm, Monday through Thursday, with wage between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines adjusting as needed
• Assist the machine operator in preparing for the days production
• Monitor product to ensure it is properly filled and packaged
• Keep lines stocked with containers, boxes and supplies
• Put full boxes through tape and label machine, making sure they are clean and closed properly
• Keep area clean, neat and free of debris
• Rotate to different positions throughout the shift
• All other duties as assigned
