Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring for a Production/Packaging role in Green Bay, WI. The position involves packaging finished product, assembling and labeling boxes, and inspecting items for size, weight, and appearance.

Expect standing for 8+ hours on a fast-paced line with potential overtime during peak seasons. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Wage starts at $18.00–$19.50/hr, with a potential raise to $23/hr with training and promotions.

Shifts

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available (8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri).

Over Time

Mandatory overtime and weekend work is required during peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Packaging finished product

• Cleaning your work area and following food safety procedures
