Responsibilities

• Perform overall machine inspection.
• Assemble and/or disassemble machines per schedules.
• Start-up and shut down equipment.
• Operate assigned stations and assist maintenance, QA, and other departments.
• Troubleshoot machines with Maintenance Team.
• Follow production schedules and maintain GMP and safety procedures.
• Record data for quality and production checks.
• Ensure final product meets specifications.

Job description

IQ Resource Group in Lake Geneva is seeking a Bilingual Machine Operators in Burlington, WI.

Location: Burlington, WI

Wage: $18 - $22/hr

• 1st Shift: 6:45AM - 3PM/5PM MON-FRI
• 3rd Shift: hours TBD- train on 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Overall Machine inspection
• Will assemble and/or disassemble the machine according to schedules.
• Perform equipment start-up and shut down
• Will operate assigned stations and all other associated work including: preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, making minor adjustments to maintain greatest operational efficiency, assist other operators, Q.A. Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
• Work with Maintenance Department to help troubleshooting the machine
• Must understand and follow production schedule in a timely manner.
• Perform best practice quality checks.
• Watch for defective materials.
• Ensures final product is meeting specifications.
• Perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
• Manually record all data as required (Quality and Production checks)
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and facility as required.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting
• Follow GMP’s and Safety Procedures at all times.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with the Company procedures, rules and regulations
• Report any issues to the Production Team Leader
• Submit completed paperwork in a timely manner
• Comprehensive knowledge of general food safety program best practices and must be highly proficient in ability to document and work within GMP’s. HACCP, HACQP, and SQF.

Qualifications
