Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers in Green Bay, WI for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Previous cooking experience is required. Pay ranges $19.30–$23.75/hour based on shift and experience, with paid orientation and on-the-job training.

Join a full-time production team with reliable hours and a consistent schedule. You’ll operate ovens, kettles, pumps, and other equipment, weigh ingredients, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Experience operating food production equipment (ovens, kettles, pumps, dishwashers) and measuring ingredients.

Responsabilités

• Operate ovens, kettles, dishwashers, pumps, and other production equipment
• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients
• Fill, monitor, and empty cooking kettles
• Load trays, palletize finished product, and operate pan-washing equipment
• Use pallet jacks to move product
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
