Responsibilities

• Provides frontline leadership and supports Food and Nutrition team members.
• Coordinates daily task assignments, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensures readiness of supplies and equipment; conducts quality checks and audits.
• Acts as a role model for quality, safety, and policy adherence.
• Leads or supports shift huddles and cross-team communication.
• Participates in inventory management and organization of equipment or materials.
• Escalates concerns when necessary and supports performance standards.
