• Maintain accuracy in all forms and procedures.
• Present information clearly in person or by telephone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews to assess needs and collect information.
• Explain applicants’ rights, appeals, and re-application options.
• Complete recertifications and changes per guidelines.
• Use the NCFAST system to manage cases.
• Meet deadlines and complete required paperwork.
