Job summary

Tecta America in Amarillo, TX seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support the Production Manager and Operating Unit President by coordinating receiving, transporting, organizing and warehousing products and equipment.

Responsibilities include deliveries, inventory, cycle counts, safety training, inspections, and vehicle/yard maintenance. Working hours are Monday–Friday 7am–4pm, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective oral and written communication in a team
• Proven computer ability
• Good time management
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; CDL a plus
• Physical ability for manual labor including lifting
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and warehouse activities including deliveries, receiving, storing, loading/unloading and inventory.
• Follow safety policies to ensure proper handling and safe procedures.
• Prepare for inspection of incoming/outgoing merchandise and report inconsistencies.
• Conduct cycle counts and enter stock tickets for inventories.
• Coordinate daily loading and unloading of crew trucks.
• Maintain company vehicles and yard; ensure OSHA compliance.
