Job Title: Sanitation Technician - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Job Description:

The Sanitation Technician is a vital part of our operations, reporting directly to the Sanitation Supervisor and under the supervision of the Quality and Food Safety Director. The role involves working alongside the Sanitation Department and supporting sanitation duties across all departments as needed. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask according to production demands and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and adhere to safe work practices
• Maintain a strong work ethic and follow procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment and ensure food safety standards
• Manage time effectively and lift moderate weights
• Clean trays and Gaylords
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for communication
• Coordinate multiple tasks and communicate clearly
• Prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Work outside normal hours as needed
