Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance in food processing, with 2+ years in supervision, and experience using PM platforms like UpKeep, Fiix, and SAP PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance within food processing, refrigerated food manufacturing, or packaging environments.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing maintenance teams.
• Proven experience implementing or managing preventive maintenance programs using platforms like UpKeep, MaintainX, Fiix, eMaint, SAP PM, MVP Plant, or similar.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, GFSI compliance, and food safety standards.
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and preventive maintenance instructions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and follow-up skills.

• Oversee all maintenance activities to keep production lines safe, efficient, and reliable.
• Lead a dedicated team of technicians and collaborate across departments to maximize equipment uptime.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies and support quality and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and safety regulations.
