• Proven problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to achieve production, quality, safety, productivity, and waste reduction goals.
• Coordinate shift handoffs with warehouse and production teams to align with production schedules.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues.
