Job Description

Amcor is seeking individuals to join our Lebanon production plant!

SHIFT AVAILABLE:

2-2-3 12-hour straight nights, 7:00-7:00!

Every other weekend off!

STARTING PAY:

• Slitter Operators - $19.80+/hour
• Press Operators - $23.75+/hour
• Wax Coaters - $18.03+/hour

Based on skillset

Plus $1.25 night shift premium!

Responsibilities of Press Operators

• Lead all aspects of press line operations including changeovers, start-up, running, and shutdown.
• Support operations in safety and quality standards.
• Operate in accordance with customer and manufacturing specifications, ensuring accurate paperwork.
• Coordinate with team members to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Train and supervise press assistants.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities of Slitter Operators

• Verify machine setup and materials using BMS and SOC systems.
• Operate slitting and rewinding equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and customer specifications.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Minimize change-over and setup times.
• Operate overhead hoists and pallet jacks; monitor product quality.

Responsibilities of Wax Coaters

• Prepare components and verify raw materials.
• Maintain order quality and splicing procedures.
• Establish and run under correct conditions.
• Ensure proper wash-up and housekeeping.
• Complete daily logs and adhere to safety policies.
