Job summary

Schwan's Company in Texas is seeking an experienced production worker for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment. You will set up and pre-run equipment, monitor line speeds, batch production, and ensure product quality and safety.

Applicants should have 1+ years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime or weekend work may be required based on plant scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for proper start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates.
• Perform quality checks.
• Complete downtime, HACCP paperwork per SAP SOPs.
