Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a 2nd shift production teammate in a food manufacturing environment. You will set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper start-up and monitor line speeds and batch production, maintaining product quality and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to overtime or weekends based on plant scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running the equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Controlling line speeds, batch production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and ensuring product safety and quality.
• Responsible for various quality checks.
• Completing required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP), using SAP SOPs and safety training as appropriate.
