Job summary

The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations at FOODS. You will drive inventory accuracy, cost control, and safe, compliant practices while collaborating with operations, sales, quality, maintenance, and plant leadership.

Key duties include receiving, storing, distributing, rotating, and auditing inventory, maintaining an audit-ready warehouse, and guiding a team with a One Bama mindset to meet customer expectations and internal targets.

Qualifications

• Business degree or 3–5 years of experience in Logistics/Warehousing.
• Strong computer skills and financial understanding of budget and measurements.
• Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to foster a win/win team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the overall warehouse operations at FOODS.
• Lead the Warehouse team with a One Bama mindset; focus on cost, customer satisfaction, and safety.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, distributed, rotated, and inventoried; maintain an audit-ready warehouse.
• Partner with operations, sales, quality, sanitation, maintenance and plant management to assure supply to customers.
